David Cardale 
Chairman 

David Cardale as a co-founder of global3digital, is very much a hands-on Chairman, he may even answer the telephone when you ring! David brings a wealth of experience to our relatively young company. His sound business acumen is the perfect compliment to the visionary technology that underpins everything we deliver. David has over 30 years experience in the City. He has worked in both Corporate Finance and Private Equity. He has advised a number of fund management groups, run the European operations of NatWest Equity Partners and has extensive experience as a non-executive director of both UK and overseas listed companies two investment trusts and a fund management group. Our business would simply not have the substance that we offer if it were not for David’s counsel and experience.

Peter Kemp 
Managing Director 

Before joining global3digital, Peter worked as European Sales Director at Thomson Financial Investor Relations. It was there that Peter refined his in-depth knowledge of the global financial industry and of its requirements for information and technology. Peter insists that global3digital’s services are grounded in researched solutions that meet carefully understood needs. However, at global3digital we all understand that it is ultimately people who do business. Peter therefore ensures that the whole company takes real pride in their work and in how we operate. He leads the team with enthusiasm and dedication and the team follows his lead. Peter gets to know all our clients individually and meets them regularly.

Michael Crouch 
Finance Director 

Mike has been with us since 1999. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant he worked in the Investigations Department of Grant Thornton.

He co-founded a travel business which he subsequently sold to Granada Group and has had substantial experience working in industry as a consultant and Finance Director.

Peter Briggs 
Non Executive Director 

Peter Briggs, co-founded global3digital in early 1999. He has spent most of his working life in the City, starting as a stockbroker in the UK market in 1980.

He has been a director at W.I. Carr and at Merrill Lynch and has extensive international experience

Andrew Newton 
Operations Director 

From his early days as lead web developer when he joined us seven years ago, 'Roo' has played a major part in helping to turn a start-up, online IR business into the leading online corporate communications agency we are today. It is through this transition that Roo brings an unrivalled level of experience across all aspects of our operations in what is very much a strategic role. He has a unique view of the company and underpins our core values of first class client support and reliability.

Carla Palazzo 
Client Services Director 

Carla obtained her MSc in Management and Marketing from the University of Bath and specialised in consumer’s behaviour and E-commerce.

She joined global3digital in 2004 as an Account Manager and has since taken over responsibilty for the entire Support Team with her usual dedication and professionalism, offering high quality customer service to all our clients. Carla brings out the best from her team of Account Managers as she recognises and nurtures their values and strengths.
