Mark Hynes is Non Executive Advisor to global3digital. His role is to identify and report on trends in regulation and best practice in investor relations, allowing global3digital’s customers to remain in line with best practice and compliant with regulations.

Mark chairs the Policy Committee of the IRS, as well as working on several regulatory committees at the FSA, CESR and other regulatory bodies.

His CV includes 25 years developing electronic communications businesses at the Financial Times and the Economist, working mainly overseas. He trained as an investment banker.

Kaye Forrest  
non executive advisor 

Kaye Forrest is an experienced HR professional specialising in coaching and senior level HR issues. Kaye has over 20 years experience as an HR Director, latterly for 5 years in a FTSE top 50 financial services company employing over 9,000 people. Prior to this she held similar roles in both manufacturing and service sector organisations. Through this experience she has gained considerable insight into challenging people management scenarios and is particularly skilled in the resolution of highly sensitive ‘people’ issues.

Kaye is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and holds a MA in International HRM from Oxford Brookes University.
